The project of wine cellar was born with the clear aim to elaborate white wines of great quality, recovering for it the XIX century ancient wine cellar of the family. Our production is integrated, and comes from the 3 hectares of own vineyards with more than 70 years of antiquity. The only variety used for our elaborated wines, Serralada de Marina, is the white grape " Pansa Blanca" -Xarel·lo-, autochthonous variety of Alella’s zone, very aromatic and complex.

The microclimate provides ideal conditions for preparing top quality red, white and rose wines. Traditional and modern methods have to be complementary to one other. The yield is limited by laborious care. The nutrition of the soil is done in a natural cycle with green fertilising. In practically the "crianza" (ageing) of all wines is carried out, in new french and amerikan oak barrels, on natural and healthy fine lees ("sur lie"), which is carefully raised at regular intervals ("batonnage") during a period of a few months.

It is located in Extremadura, in the zone of Tierra de Barros, concretely in Almendralejo. It is a familiar winery, run by the family Sánchez González. After several generations it has been reformed completely in 1998, the most performant technology. The winery relies on its own vineyards, from which his appraised wines are born.

		ALIMENTARIA 2004 Barcelona (Spain) Year after year, Alimentaria – Barcelona’s International Food and Drink Show – shows that it is one of the top food industry sector shows in the world. For its 2004 edition, which will be held from 8th to 12th March, the Barcelona exhibition is expected to attract 5,300 companies from 70 countries and 150,000 professionals from the sector. The entire food industry is represented in the thirteen product areas and the two pavilions making up Alimentaria Barcelona 2004. The monographic areas are Congelexpo –frozen products–, Expobebidas –soft drinks, water, beer, cider and must–, Expoconser –preserves and semi-preserves–, Intercarn –meat and meat products–, Interlact –milk and milk products–, Interpesca –sea food and fish factory products–, Intervin –wines and spirits–, Multiproducto –food products in general–, Mundidulce –sweets, biscuits and confectionery–, Restaurama –food services outside the home– and Vegefruit –fresh fruit and vegetables–.
